As for the operation of RadCoder, i.e. when used for medical coding, no data is stored within the application, and no sensitive information is requested by you in regards to the cases that you enter in RadCoder.

RadCoder makes use of Cookies solely for the purpose of improving your user experience: your user interface settings, identification of software version, and session identification. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. The help function of your browser should contain instructions to set your computer to accept all cookies, to notify you when a cookie is issued, or to not receive cookies at any time. Declining the use of Cookies will not degrade the performance of the application nor substantially affect your user experience.

When you visit the RadCoder application web site, we may collect information in web server logs to help us analyze the application’s performance. Examples of information we may collect include but is not limited to your internet protocol address, the type of browser or computer you use, the geographical location from which you accessed it, and date and time of your visit.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
